Renée Jordan is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over seven years of experience delivering strategic solutions in property valuation, tax arbitration, and consulting. Her well-rounded expertise across sales, appraisal, and dispute resolution allows her to navigate complex real estate challenges with precision and insight.
Renée began her career at O’Connor & Associates, managing complex property tax matters for local, regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies with diverse portfolios across Texas and neighboring states. This role allowed her to collaborate with top real estate professionals in the Houston metroplex, honing her skills in property valuation and tax strategy. Transitioning from a Commercial Property Tax Consultant to an Associate Appraiser, she now consults for a commercial firm focused on HUD and LIHTC properties, utilizing advanced financial modeling and appraisal software to support accurate valuations and strategic decisions.
In addition to her appraisal work, Renée has been appointed by the Texas Comptroller as a property tax arbitrator and has served on the state’s arbitration roll since 2017, providing neutral and objective resolutions in property tax disputes. Her deep understanding of valuation and commitment to fairness have made her a trusted resource in resolving complex property tax challenges.
Renée holds a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University and is enrolled in the Appraisal Institute’s Master’s Degree Program (MDP), further advancing her path toward industry designations including the MAI.
Outside of work, Renée enjoys volunteering, photography, and spending quality time with her family. Her blend of technical expertise, industry insight, and passion for meaningful change positions her as a rising leader poised to make a lasting impact on the future of commercial real estate.
