The Practice
Renée
Renée Jordan is a commercial real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning property tax consulting, appraisal, and dispute resolution. That range allows her to navigate complex real estate challenges with precision and insight.
Renée began her career at O'Connor & Associates, managing complex property tax matters for local, regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies with diverse portfolios across Texas and neighboring states. The role placed her alongside top real estate professionals in the Houston metroplex and sharpened her command of market data and property tax strategy.
She later moved from Commercial Property Tax Consultant to Associate Appraiser, working on HUD and LIHTC assignments and building the financial modeling and analytical foundation that informs her consulting work today.
Renée has been appointed by the Texas Comptroller as a property tax arbitrator and has served on the state's arbitration registry since 2017, delivering neutral, objective resolutions in property tax disputes. That command of market analysis, paired with a commitment to fairness, has made her a trusted resource in resolving complex property tax matters.
Renée holds a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a bachelor's degree in finance.
Her blend of technical expertise, industry insight, and drive for meaningful change positions her as a rising leader in the future of commercial real estate.
Outside of work, Renée enjoys volunteering, photography, and spending time with her family.
